Deanna Polk

Accounting, HR Compliance, President

Deanna attended Western Iowa Tech Community College in Sioux City, Iowa where she obtained an Associate Degree in the Executive Assistant Program.
 
After graduating from college she moved to Omaha where she was employed as an Executive Assistant for the executives at AAA Nebraska.  During her 17 years with AAA, she was promoted to Marketing Project Coordinator and then Marketing Manager.  She was responsible for increasing the membership base.  In addition to this she was also responsible for creating and maintaining sales and marketing reports, the sales and marketing budget, and the annual marketing plan.  She was responsible for direct mail, print and radio advertising. Deanna also was the Manager of the AAA credit card program acting as a liaison with the issuing bank and AAA National.  Deanna was active in marketing clubs and organizations in the Omaha area.

In September of 1996, Deanna left AAA to take over the accounting, human resources, regulatory compliance and other administrative duties for PDS, Inc.

As majority owner of PDS, Inc., Deanna serves as the President and Secretary.

On a day to day basis, Deanna is responsible for accounting, profit and loss performance, insurance, human resources, investments, etc.  She acts as the primary liaison between PDS and the legal, accounting, and insurance, investment and banking firms used by PDS.
